Cycle Fishvendors' Self Help Group Leadership Training Programme 

 On 08.03.2008 (Saturday), "Leadership Training" was given to 48 Fish vendors at BLESS VTC, Puduchatram.   The main contents of the training are

1. Group Formation (12 to 20 Members),

2. Group Rules and Regulations like

    * Attending the meeting regularly,

    * Time keeping,

    * How to read the resoulution,

    * Savings, etc.

3.  Capacity of the Leader has vital role in the group as they are

    * Responsible to conduct the meetings,

    * Coordinate the information

    * Facilitate the loan repayment,

    * Initiation for getting the loans, visiting the members etc.

This one day training realy helped the fish vendor about the basic of group formation.  They also actively participated in the refreshment Games and Enjoyed enthusiastically.
