General Description:
The project covers small livestock activities for the survivors of the Tsunami, based on the 12 cornerstones of Heifer Project International. The victims affected became afraid of see the sea, resulting in their livelihood becoming a significant challenge. To increase their subsidiary income, as an alternative livelihood, Bless, in co-ordination with Heifer Project International, has extended its work to support sustainable livelihood for 120 families of Parangipettai Block in Cuddalore District. The main objective of the project is ‘passing on the gifts'; over a period of three years they will reach 360 families
